011. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CLARIMIX™ platform, the user fully accepts these Terms of Use. The platform is a diagnostic and structuring engine that uses artificial intelligence to transform confused ideas and projects into structured plans. The user acknowledges that the results generated are produced autonomously by the system and do not constitute professional advice.
022. Use of the Service
CLARIMIX™ offers a free tier with weekly usage limits (2 diagnostics and 2 modules per week) and a premium tier (NEUROMIX™) with extended access. The user agrees not to abuse the service, including attempts to circumvent usage limits, use bots or automated scripts, or submit malicious content. Violation of these conditions may result in access restrictions.
033. Intellectual Property
All elements of the CLARIMIX™ platform are protected by intellectual property rights. The trademarks CLARIMIX™, NEUROMIX™, MIX SCORE™, FILTRO OURO™, HUMAN EXECUTION SYSTEMS™ and EXECUTION BLUEPRINT™ are registered trademarks or trademarks pending registration. The logo, design, system architecture and AI prompts are exclusive property of the platform. The user does not acquire any ownership rights over the system or its components.
044. Generated Results
The results produced by CLARIMIX™ — including diagnostics, analyses, plans and PDF reports — are generated by artificial intelligence and do not replace professional legal, financial or business advice. The user is solely responsible for decisions made based on the results obtained. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the results for any specific purpose.
055. Limitation of Liability
The CLARIMIX™ platform is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or the inability to use it. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any functionality at any time, without prior notice.
066. Data and Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the platform Privacy Policy, available at clarimix.app/rgpd. The user can request deletion of their data at any time under GDPR, LGPD, and CCPA, subject to identity verification.
077. Payments and Refunds
Access to NEUROMIX™ is provided upon payment of 197 EUR per 21-day cycle, with automatic renewal. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted, except in cases of service non-compliance.
088. Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. For the resolution of any disputes, the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other forum.
