The CLARIMIX™ platform collects only the data strictly necessary for the operation of the diagnostic and project structuring service. The data collected includes:
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: execution of the diagnostic service and report generation (legal basis: contractual performance), waitlist management and service communication (legal basis: consent), and continuous platform improvement through pseudonymised analytics (legal basis: consent). Processing is performed automatically by the AI engine, without direct human supervision of individual inputs.
Personal data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be processed by technical subcontractors (cloud infrastructure and email service providers) under confidentiality obligations. The platform uses artificial intelligence (DeepSeek V3 via OpenRouter) to generate diagnostics, with inputs processed ephemerally and not stored by the AI provider.
Session data is maintained in memory during the active usage period and persisted in a MariaDB database for the period necessary for service provision. Generated PDF reports expire automatically after 48 hours without executive traction, as indicated in the document itself. The user can request complete deletion of their data at any time.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the user has the following rights:
The platform implements technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data, including email verification by code, protection against unauthorized access, and verified data deletion. Access to the administration platform is protected by authentication. Communications are carried out via HTTPS.
This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the website. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Under the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), California users have the right to know what personal data is collected, request its deletion, opt out of the sale of personal data (the platform does NOT sell data), and not be discriminated against for exercising their privacy rights. CLARIMIX™ LLC does not share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes nor sells personal information as defined by the CCPA.
